Setup

This page explains how to setup your things stack account and different options that are available.

NOTE: In this project we have used "The Things Network" because we only needed something for non professional use. For professional use you can consider going for "The Things Industries" or something self hosted like "ChirpStack" (very similar to The Things Stack)

Creating your account

Go to the things network website and click the button to sign up on the top right. Chose your desired plan (we used the the things network but you can chose the things industries for a more professional use case) and create an account.

When you have created your account you will come to the front page again. Press the user button on the top right and select console.

Select your region (Europe 1)

Now you can either chose to connect a gateway
