Connecting the gateway

This page will explain how to connect a LoRaWAN gateway to The Things Stack

NOTE: if you need more information about adding a gateway you can go to the things stack own documentation

Setup your gateway by following the guide created by Heltec.

Next loginto your thingsstack account go to console and press the "Go to gateways" button

Press the register gateway button on the top right

Enter the gateway EUI found at the bottom of the page when you login into your gateway

Enter the details below.

• Gateway ID: id for your gateway (what you get sent when asking the thingsstack to identify the gateway)

• Gateway name: descriptive name for your gateway

• Frequency plan: Europe 863-870 MHz (SF9 for RX2 - recommended)

Press the Register Gateway button and your gateway is registered
